Uloz IV is a planet which was uninhabited until the Jairs established it as a colony in spite of its being on the edge of the Wersgor Empire. The Wersgorix forcefully claimed it from them but sustained heavy casualties thanks to the Jairs' unexpected use of primitive long knifes to wicked effect. In other words, things got messy.
