Torvak was an aberrant Vulcan who could not suppress his cheery emotions. For this purpose he took up work as a party planner and was reluctantly tolerated for the few occasions on which other Vulcans felt the need to have a party. Along with his assistant Mor'gash, whom he nicknamed "Tic-Tac", he brought in such innovations as bouncy houses, margarita machines, and inviting five times as many people as could possibly fit on the premises in question.
