Spar Kellis is the Ting Wongovia’s spy in Castle Chaos in Dimension X. He is big, blue, and blubbery, with three squinty eyes, one centered above the others. Spar only wears an earring and a large orange diaper.
He nearly devoured Rod Allbright and Elspeth McMasters after they were first captured, not realizing they were allies. After Spar Kellis helped in the defeat of Smorkus Flinders, he demanded Rod’s new sneakers as rewards, which were enlarged for him by the Ferkel’s F/D device.
