Smoovians are the Human race of planet Smoo. Although most are technologically advanced, some still live in primitive tribes such as the Churklugs and the Hemminites, and within the province of Shimmerance none use modern technology at all. A subspecies that only grows two or three inches tall, known as Sprublians, lives only in the Sprubly Islands.
