Oolon Colluphid is a controversial author best known for his trilogy of philosophical blockbusters Where God Went Wrong, Some More of God's Greatest Mistakes and Who is this God Person, Anyway?. He later used the Babel Fish argument as a basis for a fourth book, titled Well, That About Wraps it up for God. In the wake of their success he wrote Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Guilt But Have Been Too Ashamed to Find Out and Everything You Never Wanted to Know About Sex But Have Been Forced to Find Out.

Colluphid later wrote a comprehensive tome called The History of the Universe which, largely in part because of its failure to engender controversy, was not nearly as popular as his earlier works.
