The Neelabi are a shy, fish-like species from planet Neelabi who can only breathe in water. They can be easily identified by their beady eyes and short stature. The podracer Occo Ninebar was forced to race in a podracer with a water filled bubble. Thus, if he crashed, he could not escape quickly if his cockpit was thrust into a wall. Not like that could ever happen.
