The Mulgari Trance is a form of mind control used by the Mulgari cult of planet Smoo to hypnotize and manipulate others into doing their dirty work for them.  It was used by Loza Throk to gain control over Alia Rellapor, Queen of Smoo, and through her have control over the planet.
