Monsters Incorporated is a corporation that supplies most of the power for Piscis Magni from its main factory in the capital city of Monstropolis.
Though for generations it utilized the screams of Human children, collected by specially trained scarers who entered their bedrooms on Earth through interdimensional portals, it became embroiled in scandal when the CEO, Henry Waternoose, was caught working with an employee named Randall Boggs to kidnap children and use them in a machine called the Scream Extractor. During the incident two other employees, James P. Sullivan and Michael Wazowski, discovered that laughter was ten times more powerful, and the company now collects this instead.
