Magnus was a member of the Guard in Luna City. For years he served them as a double agent, while he was really working for Two Worlds Shipping as a gunrunner, and tipping them off before Guard raids. Magnus was second only to Stanley Kosrak by the time the organization was cracked. He left his post early to take care of Ulysses S. Jones, and Captain Camden Garcia put two and two together, arriving just in time.
