Kukal-Looz

Kukal-Looz was an admiral and the deputy director of the Federation Defense Force of the Federation League of Planets. He was aboard the command ship Gorfax, en route to carry out an inspection of the outer Federation bases, when it was destroyed by warships of the Phalan Empire during the Federation-Phalan War.
