Gloob Nobs are a sapient species from Dimension X. They have two legs and no arms and come in a wide variety of colors and patterns which seem to have no connection with heredity. They live, among other places, in Plonk Tottery and Roonkery Quonk, and are very distrustful of visitors from other dimensions.
