Galactic Commander was a Blastusian from Blastus III. Her parents named her optimistically in the hopes that she would go on to accomplish great things, and she didn't disappoint them. Despite her name, she does not command an entire galaxy, but she did rise through the ranks to become head of the Blaster Corps. She was close friends with Blasternaut and Spot and sometimes continued to accompany them on missions even when her rank made it unnecessary.
