Devolvium is a mysterious and dangerous element which returns anything in contact to its simplest form. Devolvium is fortunately very rare, and has only been found in large quantities in the mist of planet Veg. An illegal business involves collecting and selling it for biological warfare, but this is very difficult and most of its attemptees end up as giggling lumps of moss.
