Cosmo Rayye is from planet Metroplex and the head talent scout for Interstellar Pictures. He has two short flexible antenna, a Dog nose and floppy ears, plus an adorable baby blue complexion. Cosmo was responsible for rescuing Pedro the Mailburro from the Yizziks on planet Zzizk and casting him as the main character in "The Monster from Earth!" He is currently the rich lover of Stella von Radiance.
