The Carnival Moon is the largest moon of planet Arrinar. Finding it uninhabited and thus free of pesky regulations, the businessman Uncle Blobb carved out most of it to make room for his evil carnival, creating the appearance from space of a large mouth with its tongue out. He painted closed eyelids on two mountains to complete the face.
