Badside, commonly referred to as the Badside, is the largest town on Tayte, which isn't saying a lot but is still worth noting. It is the site of Badside Spaceport and of large buildings inhabited by the upper class. However, it is also home to the moon's greatest poverty and crime, from whence it derives its name. Alleyways and mazes of sheet metal house the homeless and drug addicts while prostitutes and biker gangs roam freely, all overseen by a criminal organization known as the Syndicate. Police efforts to clean up the community are sporadic and poorly executed.
Sights to see include Sam's Bar, the Paradise club, and a pawn shop. A subway system connects the town to East Eruk, Regurgi, and The Hill, and a seaport transports supplies to the other towns over the ocean.
